We need you! We are always in need of volunteers to help in the Centre

Will you become a volunteer?

All Saints' Centre is a registered charity and a voluntary organisation overseen by Trustees and run by a professional manager and assistant with a daily rota of volunteer helpers.

Volunteers of all kinds are always needed to support the Centre in its work.

You could be a volunteer —

in the Centre itself

in your local community

at home

In the Centre itself

We are always in need of committed and dependable people to —

serve in the coffee bar

clear tables and wash up

help with the charity shop

talk and listen to visitors

help with general housekeeping tasks

provide rota help at short notice

In your local community

You can support the work of the Centre locally in several different ways by —

collect books, magazines, CD’s and cassettes, bric-a-brac, plants, home produce, etc. to sell either in the Centre or on a market stall

host a fund-raising event, e.g. an open garden or coffee morning

distribute publicity and sell tickets for fund-raising events

promote the Centre and make people aware of all it offers its visitors

At home

There is much that you can do to help us, even from your own home —

pray for the work of the Centre

make items to sell in the Centre e.g. handicrafts, cakes & preserves

grow plants and flowers for sale or decoration

make items for use in the Centre, e.g. soft furnishings (please ask about current needs)

General support

transport items to the Centre

come yourself, and bring your friends to events organised to support the Centre
